Sales workspace
Structure assisted-sale conversations into terms, schedule rows, and acceptance-ready offer records.
Structured commerce infrastructure For merchants
AQID helps merchants turn high-ticket conversations into structured terms, customer acceptance, receivables, documents, and audit evidence.
Acceptance packet, document version, and external reference checks.
The platform
Flexible customer terms often begin inside the showroom, then spread across messages, invoices, notes, spreadsheets, and manual follow-up. AQID gives the merchant a shared operating record for what was offered, accepted, scheduled, received externally, and documented.
Structure assisted-sale conversations into terms, schedule rows, and acceptance-ready offer records.
See due, overdue, partial, completed, and needs-review states without losing the sale context.
Keep offer packages, acceptance context, document versions, and review notes attached to the same record.
Record merchant-reported references for cash, transfer, cheque, POS, or other external receipt paths.
Give managers a clear chronology of term creation, customer review, status changes, and document events.
Prepare governed records that authorised financiers can review for Shariah-conscious structures such as Murabaha, after their approval gates pass.
How it works
AQID keeps each stage explicit so sales, accounts, and management can work from the same source of truth without turning the public site into a regulated claim. The same evidence layer can support authorised financiers reviewing partner-led contract paths.
Product screens
The public onepage uses AQID product screenshots as evidence and an owned dashboard-style hero mock to show the workflow clearly on desktop and mobile.

Receivables, next collections, evidence status, and daily action queues.

Final sale price, installment schedule, product bundle, customer acceptance, and document package.

Customer-facing schedule, document access, reminders, and merchant-confirmed status.
Commercial path
Private review workspace for assisted-sale merchants validating Deferred Sale operations.
For showroom, sales, accounts, and manager teams that need one shared operating record.
For licensed institutions that need structured commerce evidence before offering their own compliant contract products.
FAQ
AQID starts as merchant operations software. The customer view supports offer review, acceptance, schedule visibility, documents, and status.
No. The current product direction records merchant-reported external references and status; live money movement is outside this public onepage.
AQID is designed to support separate financier workflows where licensed institutions can review governed commerce records and, subject to their own approvals, use Shariah-conscious contract structures such as Murabaha. AQID is not presenting itself as the financier, lender, payment acquirer, or Shariah certifier.
aqid.io and www.aqid.io are for the public onepage. The future product app belongs on app.aqid.io, while controlled previews belong on dev.aqid.io or demo.aqid.io.
Pilot access
Use AQID to prepare terms, capture acceptance, follow schedules, organize documents, and keep the sales-to-collection story visible.
AQID structures merchant-owned commerce workflows. Future partner-led paths remain subject to approval and jurisdiction-specific review before public availability, including any authorised-financier Murabaha or other Shariah-conscious contract workflow.
